Postage may therefore not be charged immediately where an open basket is being held. Any applicable postage will be arranged when you're ready to close your basket and have your items sent.

 

Please remember that an open basket is for items you have already purchased — it isn't a reservation system for unpaid claims.

 

💎 CRYSTALS ARE NATURAL PRODUCTS

 

Please remember that crystals, minerals and fossils are products of nature, and every piece is completely individual.

 

Natural characteristics can include:

 

• fractures and fissures

• inclusions

• druzy pockets and cavities

• uneven or textured surfaces

• colour and pattern variations

• natural matrix

• contact points

• pits or indentations

• shedding or delicate areas

• variations caused during natural formation

 

These characteristics are not automatically considered damage or faults.

 

I do my very best to show each piece clearly during my lives and/or through photographs. If I am aware of specific damage that is not simply a natural characteristic of the specimen, I will always aim to point this out before purchase.

 

Please take the opportunity during the live to ask to see a piece again or request a closer look if there is anything you would like me to check.

 

🛍️ LIVE CLAIMS & PAYMENT

 

When you claim an item during a live, your personal Shopify listing will be created after the live showing your claimed items and prices.

 

You will then be sent a direct link to your personal listing.

 

Please make payment through this link rather than through the previous Live Sale checkout section.

 

This gives both you and me a much clearer record of exactly what has been purchased and the individual price paid for each item.

 

Please check your itemised claim before paying. If you believe an item or price is incorrect, contact me before completing checkout so I can correct it.

 

↩️ RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & PROBLEMS

 

I want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there is a genuine problem with an item when it arrives, please contact me as soon as possible with clear photographs and details of the issue.

 

Where a return is agreed or legally required, items should be returned safely and securely in the condition in which they were received.

 

Refunds for returned items will normally be processed once the returned item has been received and checked.

 

Where applicable, customers retain their statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or restrict those rights.

 

Natural formations, inclusions, fissures, variations or other characteristics that were visible or described at the point of sale should not be confused with damage occurring during delivery.

Sale prices and special Live offers may be available for a limited period only.

 

Once a promotional period has finished, the same price cannot be guaranteed on future purchases.

 

If you change your mind before paying for your personal listing, please message me rather than simply leaving the claim outstanding.

 

Repeated claiming of items without completing payment may result in future live claims being restricted.

 

📸 YOUR INDIVIDUAL PIECE

 

Many of the crystals I sell are individual, one-of-a-kind pieces.

 

Where your listing, photograph or live presentation relates to a specific crystal, mineral, carving or specimen, you are purchasing that individual piece, rather than a generic example of the material.

 

Please therefore look carefully at the piece during the live and ask any questions you may have before completing your purchase.
