SHIPPING POLICY


Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Locations We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Man.

TikTok Live Orders Orders placed during TikTok Live sessions follow the same processing and shipping timelines. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of your live claim for your order to be processed.


Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress. Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.


Delivery Issues


Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and your local delivery office. Contact us within 48 hours if you still cannot locate your package.

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Delays While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as shipping times are estimates provided by carriers. We are not responsible for delays caused by:


Weather conditions

Carrier delays

Customs delays (if applicable)

Incorrect addresses provided by customers

Failed delivery attempts when recipient is unavailable

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will contact you to arrange reshipment and payment of additional shipping costs.


Order Changes Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes, but note that if your order has already been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes All orders shipped within the UK include VAT where applicable. We are not responsible for any additional fees that may be charged by carriers or customs authorities.

For orders valued at £75 or less: We will issue store credit equal to the full value of your order

For orders valued over £75: We will refund £75 to your original payment method and issue store credit for the remaining balance
